1. Service Description

What Time Is It? v2 ("the Service") is a HubSpot application that displays the current local time for CRM records based on their timezone property. The Service is provided by JBigs ("we", "us", "our").

2. Subscription & Billing

The Service operates on a monthly subscription model at $9.99 per month per HubSpot portal. Billing is handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe billing portal; access continues through the end of your current billing period.

3. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription if you are unsatisfied with the Service. Contact [email protected] to request a refund. After the 14-day period, no refunds are issued for partial billing cycles.

4. Account & Access

Each subscription covers one HubSpot portal. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised HubSpot credentials.

5. Data & Privacy

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. We access your CRM data only as necessary to provide the Service (reading timezone properties from records you view).

6. Availability & Support

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on HubSpot's platform availability and API. Support is available via email at [email protected].

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to incorrect time display, missed calls, or lost business opportunities.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.

9. Termination

We may terminate your access to the Service for violation of these terms or non-payment. You may terminate your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal.
