What Data We Collect
When you install and use What Time Is It? v2, we collect and store:
- Your HubSpot portal ID (for authentication and subscription validation)
- OAuth tokens (securely stored, used to read CRM properties on your behalf)
- Your timezone property configuration (which property to read per object type)
- Your email address (for installation link delivery and billing)
- Stripe customer and subscription IDs (for billing management)
What Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect, store, share, or sell:
- Your contacts' personal information
- Any CRM record data beyond the timezone property value at the moment of display
- Browsing or usage analytics within HubSpot
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to:
- Authenticate your HubSpot portal when the app card loads
- Read the configured timezone property from the current CRM record
- Validate that your portal has an active subscription
- Send you installation and billing-related emails
Data Storage & Security
All data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore with encryption at rest. OAuth tokens are stored securely and automatically refreshed. All communication between the app and our servers uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- Stripe — for payment processing
- Google Cloud — for server hosting and data storage
- SendGrid — for transactional emails
- HubSpot — for CRM API access (as authorized by you)
Data Deletion
If you uninstall the app or cancel your subscription, you can request complete data deletion by emailing [email protected]. We will remove all stored tokens, settings, and subscription data associated with your portal.
